For the Low Water Advisory, abnormally low water levels. * WHERE...The nearshore waters of Lake Erie from Maumee Bay to Vermilion OH. * WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 1 PM EST Thursday. For the Low Water Advisory, until 10 PM EST this evening. * IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Below normal water levels will result in hazardous navigating conditions. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Water levels will remain near the critical mark for safe navigation of 5 inches below low water datum into this evening before rising overnight tonight. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
