The highest snowfall totals will likely occur in the higher terrain of eastern Cuyahoga County, Geauga County, and inland Ashtabula County. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Cuyahoga, Geauga and Ashtabula Inland counties. * WHEN...Until 7 PM EST this evening. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Patchy blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact Thanksgiving holiday travel. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snowfall rates of up to 1 inch per hour will occur within snow bands, especially across southeastern Cuyahoga County and southern Geauga County.
