* WHERE...Portions of north central, northeast, and northwest Ohio
and northwest Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...The very cold wind chills could result in hypothermia or
frostbite if precautions are not taken.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Windy conditions with plummeting temperatures
are through this evening. The winds ease later tonight, but
temperatures will drop below zero through Saturday morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.

THROUGH MONDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations of 5 inches
or more possible.

* WHERE...Lucas and Wood Counties.

* WHEN...From Saturday evening through Monday morning.

* IMPACTS...Travel may be very difficult at times due to slippery
road conditions and poor visibility. The hazardous conditions may
impact the Monday morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow will spread into the region Saturday
night and peak in intensity during the day Sunday. The snow will
gradually taper off Monday. Sub-zero wind chills are expected
Saturday night into Sunday morning, and again Sunday night into
Monday morning.
