* Until 445 AM EDT.

* At 135 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated several rounds of
thunderstorms producing heavy rain occurred across the warned area
this evening. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.
Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible in
the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
Mansfield, Wooster, Ashland, Shelby, Orrville, Ontario, Crestline,
Dalton, West Salem, Hayesville, Savannah, Polk, Smithville, Apple
Creek, Jeromesville, Bailey Lakes, Congress, Mifflin, Nankin and
Rowsburg.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHERE...Killbuck Creek near Killbuck.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, Private property on Water Street in the
Village of Killbuck flooded. Several county and local roads
impassable including State Route 60 south and County Road 621.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 11:00 PM EDT Friday the stage was 16.5 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 17.2
feet tomorrow evening.
- Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
17.2 feet on 01/25/1937.
