* WHERE...Scioto River at Circleville.

* WHEN...From this evening to Saturday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Lowland flooding continues along the river
and about one foot of water can be expected along portions of
Island Road.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 11:45 AM EDT Friday the stage was 9.9 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
this evening to a crest of 16.1 feet early Saturday morning.
It will then fall below flood stage early Saturday afternoon.
- Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
