* WHERE...Scioto River at Circleville.

* WHEN...Until early Monday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Lowland flooding continues along the river
and about one foot of water can be expected along portions of
Island Road.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:45 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 14.2 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
early Sunday morning to a crest of 15.9 feet early Sunday
afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage Monday
morning.
- Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
