Ford Road hear I-90 may be closed for high water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:15 PM EDT Wednesday the stage was 12.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.5 feet just after midnight tonight. In northwest Ohio, Ottawa, Sandusky and Seneca. * WHEN...Until 1130 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 722 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported heavy rain in the advisory area. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
