Detroit River Lt. to Maumee Bay OH to Reno Beach OH beyond 5NM offshoreline to US-Canadian border... Maumee Bay to Reno Beach OH... Reno Beach to The Islands OH... Reno Beach to The Islands OH beyond 5NM off shoreline to US-Canadian border... The Islands to Vermilion OH... The Islands to Vermilion OH beyond 5 nm off shoreline to US-Canadian border... Vermilion to Avon Point OH... Vermilion to Avon Point OH beyond 5 nm off shoreline to US-Canadian border... At 904 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a showers, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots and waterspouts. These showers are located over Kelleys Island, moving southwest at 15 knots. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Showers can produce sudden waterspouts. Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Seek safe harbor immediately. Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately until this storm passes. &&
