At 316 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Elmore, or 10 miles northwest of Fremont, moving east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Sandusky, Fremont, Port Clinton, Bellevue, Clyde, Oak Harbor,
Gibsonburg, Woodville, Elmore, Castalia, Marblehead, Lindsey, Rocky
Ridge, Bloomingville, Sandusky South, Fairview Lanes, Stony Prairie,
Whites Landing, and Vickery.

At 314 AM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 21 nm northeast of Put-In-Bay to near Kelleys Island
to 15 nm west of Sandusky Bay, moving east at 40 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
suddenly higher waves.

Locations impacted include...
Put-In-Bay, Huron, Kelleys Island, Sandusky Bay, and Western
Vermilion.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor immediately as gusty winds and high waves are
expected.

...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of north central and northwest Ohio, including
the following counties, in north central Ohio, Erie and Huron. In
northwest Ohio, Lucas, Ottawa, Sandusky, Seneca and Wood.

* WHEN...Through Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Heavy rainfall associated with multiple rounds of
thunderstorms will bring 1 to 3 inches of rain across the
area. Storms will produce efficient rainfall with rates over
2 inches per hour possible. These rounds of heavy rain may
result in additional flooding across the area.
