...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of north central and northwest Ohio, including the following counties, in north central Ohio, Erie and Huron. In northwest Ohio, Lucas, Ottawa, Sandusky, Seneca and Wood. * WHEN...Through Thursday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Heavy rainfall associated with multiple rounds of thunderstorms will bring 1 to 3 inches of rain across the area. Storms will produce efficient rainfall with rates over 2 inches per hour possible.
