Flood waters extend to near the skirting of a couple of homes along the river in Rockbridge and closes Voris Road, Roley Road and Dupler Road. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 3:00 PM EDT Monday the stage was 12.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.7 feet this evening.
