* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Stillwater Creek comes out of its banks in
several locations resulting in overflowing in poor drainage areas.
Minor flooding of low lying areas begins.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 5:00 AM EDT Monday the stage was 10.8 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 7.6 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
at 5:00 AM EDT Monday was 11.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river has crested and is expected to fall below
flood stage tomorrow morning and continue falling to 7.7 feet
Friday evening.
