* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Portions of north central and northwest Ohio, including
the following counties, in north central Ohio, Crawford, Huron and
Richland. In northwest Ohio, Seneca and Wyandot.

* WHEN...Until 430 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads
remain closed due to flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 139 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is
ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area.
Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in
the warned area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Tiffin, Fostoria, Willard, New London, Plymouth, New
Washington, Bloomville, Sycamore, New Riegel, Chatfield,
Carey, Greenwich, Attica, Benton, North Fairfield, Republic
and Bascom.
