* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHERE...Killbuck Creek near Killbuck.

* WHEN...Until early Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, Private property on Water Street in the
Village of Killbuck flooded. Several county and local roads
impassable including State Route 60 south and County Road 621.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 5:00 AM EDT Monday the stage was 17.1 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
Wednesday evening and continue falling to 12.9 feet Friday
evening.
- Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
17.1 feet on 04/04/2018.
