Strong southwesterly to westerly winds, gusting up to 60 to 70 mph,
are expected to result in localized plumes of blowing dust through
this early evening since soils have dried considerably recently.
Travelers who encounter blowing dust are urged to slow down, use
their low beam headlights, leave plenty of stopping distance ahead
of their vehicles, and be prepared to encounter rapid changes in
visibility, including near-zero visibility at times.

* WHAT...Southwest to west winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 to
70 mph. Strongest gusts expected south of a Toledo to Youngstown
line.

* WHERE...Portions of north-central and northwest Ohio.

* WHEN...Until 8 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,
especially for those in high profile vehicles.

Remain in the lower levels of your home during the windstorm, and
avoid windows. Watch for falling debris and tree limbs. Use caution
