* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 26 expected.

* WHERE...In Ohio, Athens, Morgan, Perry, and Vinton Counties. In
West Virginia, Northwest Pocahontas, Northwest Randolph, Southeast
Randolph, and Southeast Webster Counties.

* WHEN...From 11 PM this evening to 9 AM EDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...This morning's Freeze Warning has ended as
temperatures rise into the upper 30s and lower 40s. Another Freeze
Warning goes into effect tonight.
