FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Lake effect snow expected. Total snow accumulations between
3 and 5 inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...Trumbull County.

* WHEN...From 1 PM Thursday to 7 PM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road
conditions with slower travel likely. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Thursday evening and Friday morning commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Heavy lake effect snow will push inland
Thursday morning and gradually move further south by Thursday
afternoon, clipping northern Trumbull County where the highest
snowfall totals are expected.

Slow down and use caution while traveling.

and northwest Pennsylvania.
