...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 AM EST SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Snow and blowing snow expected. Total snow accumulations up
to two inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...Mahoning and Trumbull Counties.

* WHEN...Until 1 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road
conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday
evening commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Areas of freezing drizzle have been reported
this morning. This freezing drizzle is expected to gradually
change to snow over the next couple of hours. After a few hours of
dry weather this afternoon, snow showers, wind gusts up to 40 mph,
and falling temperatures will lead to blowing and drifting snow
and locally hazardous road conditions this evening.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Slow down and use caution while traveling.

The Ohio Department of Transportation and Ohio Turnpike and
Infrastructure Commission strongly encourage motorists to heed all

Be prepared for slippery roads. Slow down and use caution while
driving. If you are going outside, watch your first few steps taken
on stairs, sidewalks, and driveways. These surfaces could be icy and
slippery, increasing your risk of a fall and injury.

...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM TO NOON EST
SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills of 15 to 24 below expected.

* WHERE...Portions of north central, northeast, and northwest Ohio.

* WHEN...From 1 AM to noon EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero could cause
frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind chill values may drop as low as 15 below
zero again late Saturday night into Sunday morning for portions of
Northeast Ohio and additional cold weather advisories may be
issued.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
