Southwestern Morgan County in southeastern Ohio... West Central Washington County in southeastern Ohio... * WHEN...Until 330 PM EDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. This includes Federal Creek which may be out of its banks in some locations and flooding adjacent roads. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 901 AM EDT, Doppler radar between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen from thunderstorms that moved across the area last night. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Northwestern Washington County in southeastern Ohio... * WHEN...Until 1115 AM EDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 312 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
