Morgan County in southeastern Ohio... Eastern Perry County in southeastern Ohio... Western Washington County in southeastern Ohio... * WHEN...Until 330 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1225 PM EDT, Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen overnight resulting in flooding of several roads throughout the warned area. In Perry County, State Route 93 and Township Road 8 south of Crooksville are closed due to flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
