* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Minor flooding begins in the northwest
Ohio counties of northwest Allen, northeast Van Wert, and
southwest Putnam. Farm land nearest the Auglaize river will be
affected by flood water.

- At 11:00 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.5 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 11:00 AM EDT Sunday was 13.5 feet.
