...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 AM EDT THIS MORNING... ...REPLACES FLASH FLOOD WARNING... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...East Central Fairfield County in central Ohio... * WHEN...Until 1100 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 504 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area. Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Baltimore, Bremen, Pleasantville, Carroll, Rushville, West Rushville and Dumontville. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Southwestern Licking County in central Ohio... * WHEN...Until 800 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 224 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Reynoldsburg, Gahanna, Pataskala, Summit Station, Beechwood Trails, Etna and Kirkersville.
