* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations in excess of
6 inches.

* WHERE...Portions of north central and northeast Ohio and northwest
Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...From Saturday evening through Monday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes, and the
Monday morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The heaviest snow is expected on Sunday.
Sub-zero wind chills are expected Saturday night into Sunday
morning, and again Sunday night into Monday morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Persons should consider delaying all travel. If travel is absolutely
necessary, drive with extreme caution. Consider taking a winter

* WHERE...Portions of north central, northeast, and northwest Ohio
and northwest Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...From 6 AM Friday to 7 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could
result in frostbite and hypothermia if precautions are not taken.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Windy conditions behind a cold front with
plummeting temperatures should be expected Friday morning through
Friday evening. Friday night, winds ease, but temperatures will
drop below zero through Saturday morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
