Winds gusting as high as 60 mph. * WHERE...A portion of northeast Ohio. * WHEN...From 10 AM this morning to 1 PM EST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday evening and Tuesday morning commutes. Strong winds could cause tree damage. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The heaviest snow is expected late Monday afternoon and evening. Snowfall rates may reach 1 inch per hour at times.
