* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 432 PM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy
rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected
to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches
of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall of 0.5 to 1 inch is expected over the area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Columbus, Reynoldsburg, Upper Arlington, Gahanna, Pickerington,
Bexley, Pataskala, Buckeye Lake, Millersport, Ohio State
