1.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts
of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is
ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 307 PM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy
rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected
to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches
of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall of 1 to 1.5 inches is expected over the area.

afternoon and early evening.

* WHERE...Portions of northern Kentucky, including the following
counties, Boone, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin and Kenton and Ohio,
including the following counties, Clermont, Hamilton, Highland,
Hocking and Ross.

* WHEN...Through this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more
heavy rain.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Thunderstorms with heavy rainfall will be possible today.
Localized rainfall amounts of 2 to 3 inches in a short period of
time could lead to flash flooding.
