* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Great Miami River near Middletown.

* WHEN...Until this evening.

* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Water approaches structures south of Route
73 between Excello and the Great Miami River.  This includes
properties along Oxford Street.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 6:30 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 12.4 feet.
- Forecast...The river is near crest. It is expected to fall below
flood stage this afternoon and continue falling, remaining below
flood stage.
- Flood stage is 12.0 feet.

Southeastern Preble County in west central Ohio...

* WHEN...Until 1015 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 619 AM EDT, Broadcast media reported flooding in the warned
area.  Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding
impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected.
- Some locations that may experience flooding include...
Middletown, Lebanon, Springboro, Monroe, Trenton, Franklin,
Carlisle, South Middletown, Waynesville, Seven Mile, Hunter,
Corwin, Somerville, Jacksonburg, Poast Town Heights, Pekin, Five
Points, State Route 48 at State Route 73, Genntown and Lytle.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
