* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...The following counties, in west central Ohio, Champaign,
Clark and Greene.

* WHEN...Until 930 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 603 PM EDT, emergency management reported flooding in the
warned area.  Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen.
Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible.
- Some locations that may experience flooding include...
Springfield, Urbana, Yellow Springs, Northridge, South
Charleston, Harmony, Lisbon, Brighton, North Hampton, South
Vienna, Tremont City, Catawba, Clifton, Buck Creek State
Park, New Moorefield, Pitchin, Lawrenceville, Powhattan,
Springfield Municipal Airport and Catawba Station.

Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, the
following counties, in Kentucky, Boone, Bracken, Campbell,
Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton
and Robertson, and the following counties, in Ohio, Adams, Brown,
Butler, Clermont, Clinton, Fairfield, Fayette, Greene, Hamilton,
Highland, Hocking, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross,
Scioto and Warren.

* WHEN...Through late tonight.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
