* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...A portion of northwest Ohio, including the following
areas, Allen OH, Defiance, Fulton OH, Henry, Paulding, Putnam, Van
Wert and Williams.

* WHEN...Through this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Showers and thunderstorms capable of locally heavy rain
remain possible through this afternoon. Flooding is most
likely where rain and storms redevelop over the same areas or
remain stationary.
