IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Sidney, Bellefontaine, Jackson Center, Russells Point, De Graff, Lakeview, Belle Center, Chippewa Park, Northwood, Roundhead, Quincy, Rushsylvania, Huntsville, Port Jefferson, Logansville, Plattsville, Mcmorran, Maplewood, Bloom Center, and Pemberton.
