* WHERE...Maumee River near Defiance.

* WHEN...Until early Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 13.7 feet, The parking lot behind old Leever Glass
Company floods. Rear houses at 600 block of Riverside Avenue and
312 Auglaize Street and the basement of Charlie's Downunder on
Clinton Street flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 3:15 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 12.6 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 3:15 PM EDT Thursday was 12.6 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.4
feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage
early Tuesday morning.
- Flood stage is 10.0 feet.

forecast.

* WHERE...Saint Joseph River Ohio near Newville.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Significant flooding occurs on DeKalb
County Road 42 about 3 miles northeast of Newville. Considerable
agricultural and low land flooding occurs along the St. Joseph
River to the Cedarville Reservoir.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 3:00 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 13.3 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 3:00 PM EDT Thursday was 13.3 feet.
- Forecast...The river will rise to 13.8 feet early tomorrow
afternoon. It will then fall Saturday morning. It will rise
to 15.3 feet Monday evening. It will then fall again but
remain above flood stage.
