Franklin, Ohio, Ripley and Switzerland, the following counties, in
northern Kentucky, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin,
Grant, Kenton, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and the
following counties, in Ohio, Adams, Brown, Butler, Clermont,
Hamilton and Warren.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM EDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

1 to 1.5 inches are possible. Flash flooding is ongoing or
expected to begin shortly.
