In Ohio, Jackson OH, Morgan, Perry, and Vinton Counties. * WHEN...For the first Heat Advisory and second Heat Advisory, until 8 PM EDT Thursday. For the third Heat Advisory, from 8 AM to 8 PM EDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat illnesses. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
