...FLOOD ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 330 PM EDT THIS AFTERNOON... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...The following counties, in west central Ohio, Champaign, Clark, Greene, Miami and Montgomery. * WHEN...Until 330 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1126 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported minor flooding on several roadways. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Dayton, Kettering, Beavercreek, Huber Heights, Fairborn, Troy, Trotwood, Miamisburg, Vandalia, Englewood, Urbana, Tipp City, Bellbrook, Moraine, New Carlisle, Oakwood, Wright- Patterson Afb, West Carrollton, St. Paris and West Liberty. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
