...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 PM EDT THIS EVENING... ...REPLACES FLASH FLOOD WARNING... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Southern Delaware County, Ohio and northeastern Franklin County, Ohio. * WHEN...Until 900 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 720 PM EDT, radar indicated that between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain had fallen in the advisory area, particularly near Lewis Center and Westerville. Minor flooding is ongoing in the advisory area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Westerville, Gahanna, Worthington, Powell, Minerva Park, Polaris, Easton, New Albany, Riverlea, Huber Ridge, Lewis Center, and Alum Creek State Park. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
