Dense fog has been observed across southeast Ohio, northeast
Kentucky, and portions of northern and western West Virginia
during the overnight hours. Expect visibility to drop under one
half mile at many locations. Motorists should exercise extra
caution and be prepared for rapidly changing visibility while
driving. The fog should diminish or dissipate by mid-morning.
