For the Gale Warning, west winds 25 to 35 knots with gusts up to 45 knots and waves 6 to 11 feet expected. * WHERE...The nearshore waters of Lake Erie from Vermilion OH to Ripley NY. * WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 8 AM EDT Monday. For the Gale Warning, from 8 AM Monday to 8 AM EDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
