* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Vaughn Road flooded near the river with a
foot or more of water over the roadway.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:45 PM EDT Wednesday the stage was 11.9 feet.
- Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage late this
evening to 12.1 feet just after midnight tonight. It will
then fall below flood stage late tonight to 11.9 feet early
tomorrow afternoon. It will rise to flood stage tomorrow
evening. It will then fall again but remain above flood
stage.
- Flood stage is 12.0 feet.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of northeast Ohio, including the following
counties, Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Medina, Portage and Summit.

* WHEN...Until 1215 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 804 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor
flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the
advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Cleveland, Akron, Medina, Painesville, Willowick, Ravenna,
Chardon, Fairport Harbor, Parma, Lakewood, Cuyahoga Falls,
Euclid, Mentor, Cleveland Heights, Strongsville, Brunswick,
Westlake, North Royalton, Kent and Solon.
