* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of northeast Ohio, including the following
county, Cuyahoga.

* WHEN...Until 430 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is
imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 224 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream
flooding. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over
the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Cleveland, Parma, Lakewood, Euclid, Cleveland Heights,
Strongsville, Westlake, North Royalton, North Ridgeville,
Solon, Avon Lake, Warrensville Heights, Macedonia, Highland
Hills, North Olmsted, Garfield Heights, Shaker Heights, Maple
Heights, South Euclid and Avon.

Lorain. In northeast Ohio, Cuyahoga.

* WHEN...Until 500 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is
imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 151 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of
rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Lorain, Elyria, Norwalk, Vermilion, Western Vermilion,
Strongsville, Westlake, North Ridgeville, Avon Lake, Amherst,
Bellevue, Grafton, Wellington, Milan, Northern Milan,
