* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast Ohio, including the following
counties, Gallia, Meigs and Washington and West Virginia, including
the following counties, Boone, Braxton, Cabell, Calhoun, Clay,
Doddridge, Gilmer, Jackson WV, Kanawha, Lewis, Lincoln, Mason,
Pleasants, Putnam, Ritchie, Roane, Tyler, Wirt and Wood.

* WHEN...Until 9 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood
with more heavy rain.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Slow-moving heavy showers associated with the remnant circulation
of Isaias are expected to continue moving through the region this
evening. Some areas have already seen 2 to 3 inches of rainfall
and could flood quickly with additional localized heavy rain.

* WHEN...Until 1000 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 707 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly
in the warned area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Point Pleasant, Pomeroy, Racine, New Haven, Mason, Middleport,
Syracuse, Hartford City, Cheshire, Letart, Lakin and Mount Alto.
