* WHERE...The following counties, in central Ohio, Fairfield,
Franklin, Licking and Madison. In west central Ohio, Clark.

* WHEN...Through Thursday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Soils are moist and excessive runoff may result in
flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and
flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Showers and some thunderstorms will move across the region
tonight into Thursday morning. Rainfall of 1 to 2 inches is
expected with local amounts up to 3 inches possible.
