* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of northwest Ohio, including the following
counties, Hancock, Wood and Wyandot.

* WHEN...Until 1215 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams
continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 801 PM EDT, gauge reports indicated heavy rain. Flooding
is already occurring in the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3
inches of rain have fallen.
- Lye Creek in Findlay is in minor flood stage. At 6:45 PM EDT,
the stage was at 6.3 feet and rising.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Findlay, Fostoria, McComb, Arlington, Arcadia, Rawson,
Vanlue, Van Buren, Bloomdale, Mount Blanchard, Benton Ridge,
Jenera, Mount Cory, Bairdstown and Williamstown.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 720 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported heavy rain in
the advisory area. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to
begin shortly. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Tiffin, Fostoria, Willard, New London, Plymouth, New
Washington, Bloomville, Sycamore, New Riegel, Chatfield,
Carey, Greenwich, Attica, Benton, North Fairfield, Republic
