PM EST THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 3 and 5
inches.

* WHERE...Mahoning, Stark, and Trumbull Counties.

* WHEN...From 5 PM this afternoon to 7 PM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Patchy blowing snow is likely
tonight into Thursday. Plan on slippery conditions with with
slower travel likely. The hazardous conditions could impact the
Wednesday evening and Thursday morning commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Rain will quickly change to accumulating snow
this evening. Rapidly falling temperatures will lead to roads
becoming snow covered and icy this evening, with poor road
conditions expected tonight into Thursday. Minimum wind chills of
near 0 degrees are expected late tonight and Thursday morning.
