...FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 AM EDT TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of northwest Ohio, including the following
counties, Ottawa, Sandusky and Wood.

* WHEN...Until 100 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is
imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1120 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of
rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Toledo, Fremont, Port Clinton, Perrysburg, Oregon, Bellevue,
Clyde, Rossford, Northwood, Oak Harbor, Genoa, Elmore,
Maumee, Walbridge, Millbury, Lindsey, Rocky Ridge, Clay
Center, Stony Prairie and Vickery.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
