* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties,
Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and
Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken,
Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen,
Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following
counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark,
Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin,
Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan,
Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross,
Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.

* WHEN...Through Wednesday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Additional thunderstorms are expected through Wednesday. Locally
heavy rainfall and the potential for storms to repeatedly track
over the same areas are possible. This will result in the
potential for flash flooding.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

People in the watch area should keep an eye on the weather and be
prepared for immediate action should heavy rains and flooding occur
or a Flash Flood Warning be issued. Avoid low-lying areas and be
careful when approaching highway dips and underpasses.

You should monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take action
should Flash Flood Warnings be issued.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL WEDNESDAY MORNING...

* WHERE...South Fork Licking River near I 70 near Buckeye Lake.

* WHEN...Until Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 880.0 feet, Water extends onto the 129A exit ramp from
eastbound Interstate 70 to Route 79 near Buckeye Lake. Flooding
also affects Buckeye Lake Estates.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 6:45 PM EDT Tuesday the stage was 879.5 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 880.2 feet
late this evening. It will then fall below flood stage late
tonight.
- Flood stage is 880.0 feet.
