At 957 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Huntertown to 7 miles northeast of Ossian
to near Bluffton. Movement was northeast at 50 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Fort Wayne, New Haven, Van Wert, Decatur, Hicksville, Huntertown,
Paulding, Edgerton, Antwerp, Woodburn, Monroeville, Payne, Convoy,
Grabill, St. Joe, Edgerton In Williams County, Leo-cedarville,
Middletown, Concord, and Middlebury.

This includes the following highways...
Interstate 469 between mile markers 9 and 30.
Interstate 69 in Indiana between mile markers 312 and 325.

* WHERE...Tiffin River at Stryker.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Several rural buildings flood and flooding
begins to affect residents in the village of Stryker. Many roads
become impassible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 3:00 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 13.9 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 3:00 PM EDT Thursday was 14.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 14.1
feet Monday evening.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Saint Joseph River Ohio below Montpelier.

* WHEN...From Friday afternoon to late Tuesday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, County Road K, one mile southwest of
Montpelier is flooded. Flood waters affect the southeast side of
Pioneer and cover large areas of low land and agricultural land
near the river.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 3:00 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 11.3 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
early tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 14.2 feet Sunday
morning. It will then fall below flood stage late Monday
evening.
- Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
