* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Flooded roads in and near Killbuck include
Water Street, County Road 621, State Route 60 south, State Route
520, as well as local low lying roads.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 5:00 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 15.7 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
late this evening and continue falling to 13.0 feet Saturday
evening.
- Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
