* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast Ohio, including the following
counties, Athens, Gallia, Meigs and Washington and West Virginia,
including the following counties, Jackson, Mason, Pleasants,
Ritchie, Roane, Tyler, Wirt and Wood.

* WHEN...Until 200 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 907 PM EDT, gauge reports indicated flooding on small
rivers and larger creeks including the Shade River and Little
Tygart Creek. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Parkersburg, Marietta, Belpre, Point Pleasant, Ripley,
Harrisville, St. Marys, Pomeroy, Elizabeth, Middlebourne,
Racine, Coolville, Rutland, Forked Run State Park, Vienna,
Ravenswood, Williamstown, New Haven, Mason and Belmont.
