* WHERE...Black River at Elyria.

* WHEN...Until early Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 11.0 feet, Flooding along the East Branch of the
Black River on Foster Road in Penfield Township. Ford Road hear
I-90 may be closed for high water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:15 PM EDT Wednesday the stage was 12.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.5
feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below
flood stage late tomorrow evening.
- Flood stage is 9.5 feet.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of north central and northwest Ohio, including
the following counties, in north central Ohio, Erie, Huron and
Lorain. In northwest Ohio, Ottawa, Sandusky and Seneca.

* WHEN...Until 1130 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 722 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported heavy rain in
the advisory area. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to
begin shortly. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Lorain, Elyria, Sandusky, Norwalk, Fremont, Fostoria, Western
Vermilion, Vermilion, Port Clinton, Westlake, North
Ridgeville, Avon Lake, Amherst, Bellevue, Grafton, Clyde,
Wellington, Green Springs, Northern Milan and Milan.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
