counties, Gallia, Jackson and Lawrence and western West Virginia,
including the following counties, Cabell and Mason.

* WHEN...Until 715 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of creeks, streams, and other low-lying and
flood-prone locations is occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 352 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported some roads
covered with water. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have
fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Huntington, Point Pleasant, Gallipolis, Oak Hill, Rio Grande,
Chesapeake, Proctorville, Lake Vesuvius, Kenova, Gallia,
South Point, Vernon, Waterloo, Burlington, Aid, Crown City,
Athalia, Henderson, Adamsville and Gage.
