Additional snow accumulations between 1 and 4 inches. * WHERE...Ashtabula Inland and Ashtabula Lakeshore Counties. * WHEN...Until 1 PM EST this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning commute. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The heaviest snow, with snowfall rates up to one inch per hour at times, is expected through about daybreak Friday.
