Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Two period of strong winds are expected, the first will be between midnight tonight and 10 AM Monday, followed by another period of strong winds between 8 PM Monday evening and 8 AM Tuesday.
